Agora a coisa mudou de figura, pois não sabemos quem “concluiu”, já que o verbo está impessoalizado, sem sujeito, o que podemos verificar pelo pronome “se” depois de “conclui”.
A regrinha nesse caso é bem fácil: se um verbo está impessoalizado (“conclui-SE”), o outro verbo do período também deve estar (“Analisando-SE”). A frase, portanto, novamente está correta, e isso responde à pergunta do post.
Mas ainda não acabou! Observem a seguinte estrutura:
“O Juiz a quo arbitrou os honorários considerando a natureza e a importância da causa”.
Uma vez que “arbitrou” tem sujeito expresso (“O Juiz a quo”), o “considerando” não leva o “-se”. De novo a frase está bem redigida.
E a construção abaixo? está correta?

Não. A construção está errada.
O “considerando” deveria vir impessoalizado (“considerando-SE”), pois não sabemos quem arbitrou os honorários.
