Muito cuidado com a expressão “lapso temporal”. A palavra “lapso” significa “interregno”, “intervalo de tempo”, “decurso de tempo”; portanto, “lapso TEMPORAL” é redundante.
“Sustentou que entre a data em que foi concedido o benefício e o ajuizamento da demanda decorreu lapso temporal superior a um ano.” (redundante)
“Sustentou que entre a data em que foi concedido o benefício e o ajuizamento da demanda decorreu lapso superior a um ano.” (certo)
Mas cuidado de novo: como “lapso” também pode significar “erro”, “falta”, “falha”, “descuido”, substitua a palavra, se necessário para evitar ambiguidade, por um sinônimo:
“Houve pequeno lapso entre a propositura da ação e o seu julgamento.” (ambíguo)
“Houve pequeno espaço de tempo / interregno entre a propositura da ação e o seu julgamento.” (certo)
