O termo “Técnico judiciário” se flexiona no feminino?
Como são formados os gêneros femininos de substantivos como “técnico judiciário”, “assistente administrativo”, “analista judiciário”, “técnico administrativo auxiliar”?
Seriam esses substantivos comuns de dois gêneros, isto é, substantivos que possuem uma única forma, independente do gênero, masculino ou feminino?
Alguns pensam que sim; que tais como as palavras “agente”, “artista” e “colega”.
Cujos gêneros são determinados apenas pelo artigo ou pronome que acompanha o substantivo, sem mudança na sua formação
(“o agente”, “a agente”; “o artista”, “a artista”; “o colega”, “a colega”), aquelas expressões também constituiriam espécies de substantivos comuns de dois gêneros.
Aliás, para esses, o correto seria escrever, por exemplo, “a técnico judiciário Bruna da Silva”.

Como definir feminino de “técnico judiciário”
O feminino de “técnico judiciário” se faz substituindo-se a desinência “-o” de ambas as palavras pela desinência “-a”: “técnicA judiciáriA”.
Portanto, escrevemos “o técnico judiciário João da Silva”, mas “a técnica judiciária Bruna da Silva”.
Do mesmo modo, está correto escrever:
“o assistente administrativo” e “a assistente administrativA”; “o analista judiciário” e “a analista judiciáriA”; “o técnico administrativo auxiliar” e “a técnicA administrativA auxiliar”.
Então, seguidoras, já sabem:
Sempre que redigirem um ofício ou e-mail, ao final, na assinatura, escrevam no feminino, se houver forma própria para esse gênero, o nome do cargo que ocupam (nesse caso com as iniciais maiúsculas).
Ademais, se o nome do cargo possuir hífen, não precisam ter medo:
levem para o feminino as palavras que, sozinhas, possuírem forma própria para o gênero.
Nesse sentido, o feminino de “sócio-gerente” é “sócia-gerente”; o de “sócio-gerente-adjunto”, “sócia-gerente-adjunta”; o de “sócio-gerente-auxiliar”, “sócia-gerente-auxiliar”
(ao contrário de “sócio” e “adjunto”, as palavras “gerente” e “auxiliar” não possuem forma diferente no feminino; são substantivos comuns de dois gêneros).
