Os verbos “interpor” e “impetrar”
Dando aqui uma folheada no grandioso Dicionário de Regência Verbal, de Celso Pedro Luft (o qual desde já recomendo que vocês comprem), fiquei surpreso ao constatar a regência dos verbos “interpor” e “impetrar”.
Sim, porque para mim o certo sempre foi “a parte interpôs recurso NO Tribunal Superior do Trabalho”.
Mas não.
Tanto o verbo “interpor” quanto o verbo “impetrar” são bitransitivos (transitivos direto e indireto) e pedem a preposição “a”, não a preposição “em”.
Por isso, frases como as abaixo estão ERRADAS quanto à regência:
“Inconformada, a ré interpôs apelação no Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro”.
“O paciente interpôs recurso no Supremo Tribunal Federal”.
“O acusado impetrou mandado de segurança no Superior Tribunal de Justiça”.
Corrigidas, ficam assim:
“Inconformada, a ré interpôs apelação AO Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro” (certo).
“O paciente interpôs recurso AO Supremo Tribunal Federal” (certo).
“O acusado impetrou mandado de segurança AO Superior Tribunal de Justiça” (certo).
É, eu também acho estranho.
Mas o certo é certo, né, pessoal.
