Para além do fato de não ser, penso eu, tecnicamente correto terminar uma petição com pedido genérico de produção de provas.
Quem escreve “Pugna-se pela produção de todos os meios de prova em direito admitida” comete erro de concordância!
Isso porque o “admitir” deve concordar com a palavra “meios”, não com “prova”. Assim:
“Pugna-se pela produção de todos os MEIOS de prova em direito admitidOS.” (correto)
Veja que o CPC traz adequadamente a concordância do “admitir” em construção similar:
“Art. 357 […]
II – delimitar as questões de fato sobre as quais recairá a atividade probatória, especificando os meios de prova admitidos”.
